Throughout my academic support and classroom instruction career, I have been driven by a commitment to mentoring students and professionals, helping them unlock their potential through personalized support and data-driven improvement practices. My research has focused on optimizing student success in higher education, primarily through intentionally designed academic support programs and college readiness initiatives. My professional roles have allowed me to implement timely curriculum or co-curriculum-based academic support programming, guide at-risk students, and drive institutional success. I aim to continue utilizing my experience in instructional strategies, data analysis, and educational support to foster innovation in education and student achievement, focusing on creating sustainable, effective support systems for diverse learners.
