Professional Statement

Dr. Diaz was born and raised in Puerto Rico but after completing a Neuroradiology Fellowship at ÌÇÐÄvlogÃÛÌÒ of Medicine/The Methodist Hospital in 1992, he accepted a position in the Department of Radiology at Baylor and has remained here since. Dr. Diaz is currently the Chief of Neuroradiology at ÌÇÐÄvlogÃÛÌÒ of Medicine and Ben Taub Hospital. He is also the Program Director for the Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program and the Neuroradiology Fellowship Program. Dr. Diaz's clinical area of expertise is in Neuroradiology and he is especially interested in neuro anatomy, brain tumors and advanced imaging.
